LG LED TV, all service data lost, EZ_ROUTE etc.

Experts
I have lg led tv, only A/V working ,i open service mode with service remote and i found all service data in EZ_ROUTE all tools option is zero , and if i enter data it wont store, i reprograme both chip 24c16 and W25Q20 but still same problem,

yours photo its IN_START and it look fine. you need to call EZ adjust service menu there will be only to choice data not to inter data.

Diah The photo i upload is not from my tv. In photo u can see some value next to tool option but in my case all are ZERO. TOOL OPTION 1 to 6 all are ZERO. It does not stored in memory. I want to know which eprom chip is store all this data.

same my answer above. IN_START it read only.. you need to open EZ_ADJUST service menu. there you will see the TOOL OPTIONS 1-6 for change
