Sony KDL-32S5600 stuck in stb by /relay click/

Hi everyone. My old lcd tv stuck in stand by mode. No picture, no sound, no backlight, no blinking /stay red led/

1. When i put in AC i hear click from relay
2. Every 25 sec relay click
3. No blinking led std by

Voltage on PS: 3.3v-3.3v, 12V-12.4V, 13V-16.4V???
I check all diodes is perfect, all capacitors with esr meter ...perfect.

Need good clear straight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and each board.

Disconnect the PSU from the Main Bd and see if it still clicks.

I disconnect PS from Main Board, and relay doesn't click now.
I think my problem is Eeprom/SPIFlash.
I need a 25p10vp SPI Flash, 24c64 Eeprom software. Can you upload files somewhere. Thanks.

I found flash and eeprom software but the situation is the same.
I write in first post, i have 16.4v on on pins with 13v is this normal or no?
May be the nand chip is my problem.

TV now work. The problem was nand flash. I upload all perfect files on your link. If you can please edit topic to''solved''. Thanks.

похоже у меня такая же проблема с телевизором, но пока не понял как её решить
пишут что нужно перепаять NAND память, и вроде как даже продают их для этой модели но не понятно прошиты ли они, а программатора у меня нет.
а в этой инструкции вообще даже крышку не снимают судя по всему
