Sharp Aquos LC-37X20E Blinking Red Yellow Light

I've been reading this post and others on the web to determine the issue with this TV. My issue is that both power and opc lights are blinking. opc in green and the power in red. Pictures:

Below, I'm not sure when board is the culprit. On the inverter, I'm getting 61VDC so I assume that is ok. But my guts tell me that the panel is gone?

I've done the rests for this "vol-down + ch-up + power button" then the power light stays on, no image on tv.

To make life easy, is it the panel or main board? I'd rather replace with this one. But in the first mentioned link, Receey replaced power board and all is well. But in this case, it can also be the panel as I got 61VDC and no backlight.

    My PFC is at 385VDC

So what do you get when you try to power it on? ps_on, flash on screen, image on screen with flashlight, voltages? Your info is a little vague and scattered.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Sorry, dskall, I've just seen this. I get the solid blue power light and nothing else. No image on screen nor backlight.

Think it's a little premature to think it is a bad panel

I see a red circular semiconductor fuse at the top of the inverter board. Did that check out OK?
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

            Dell 2007FPB Yellow Light Problem
            by multimesut
            Hello friends,

A yellow light was flashing on my monitor. It was like it was constantly cutting power. When I opened it up, I saw that the big capacitor in the high voltage line was leaking. I replaced it. When I turned it on for the first time, it had the same problem again. But then, interestingly, it got better. The yellow light was on steady. But the monitor wouldn't turn on. When I examined them with a thermal camera, I saw that the Fli5961-LF reached 50 degrees Celsius and the EM636165TS next to it reached 100 degrees Celsius and was drawing high current on the motherboard....

SHARP AQUOS LC-70LE836S only blinking - freebie
            by olegeisler
Got this SHARP AQUOS LC-70LE836S for free - did some basic troubleshooting, and found manual - without detail schematics though. Comes from a meeting room with extremely few working hours.

            Symptoms :

When connected to mains, the logo blinks continously, approx 6 times per 10 seconds.

A press on MENU as per the manual changes this to one short blink, one long and then repeats.

Only 5V ( Standby ) on PSU module present, no AC_DETECT, no 12V, no 13V, no PS_ON from mainboard.

As I see it mainboard has some kind of life, but does not...

When i disconnect the mainboard from the PSU all the led's light up blinking fast but as soon as i reconnect the mainboard back to the power supply i get the red light blinking again twice 5 times,
I have attached pictures of the Mainboard, PSU and a small video (zipped) showing what happens when i disconnect the lead from the psu

Sharp Aquos LC-70C6400U Half Screen Dark
            by scubacamper
I found another post on this site the other day which has been very helpful in troubleshooting this issue I am having with my tv. The left half of the screen is dark, and the other half is VERY slow to generate it's image - and it only generates part of its image at that.
Based on this yt video, I have narrowed it down to an issue (short?) on the left side of the display, somewhere in the system of ribbon cables.
when I remove the bezel and the rear cover, I can get the image to display correctly by manipulating the ribbon cables on the left side which connects the left lower display...
