I am having an intermittent issue with a LG 50PS6000 plasma screen. The unit starts up fine and runs without issue most of the time. However once it's been on for a while I start to get a vertical red bar going up the screen, it's the width of one of the connectors on the xr buffer board. The image is still there, it's just tinted red, like the other colours have turned off.
I pulled the ribbon cable off the buffer board and cleaned it with IPA, but the problem has now returned.
Just looking for any advice on other things I can check, before I go buy another buffer board to try that.
I'll try and post a picture of the fault later.
