    Samsung LN52A530P1FXZC Horizontal Lines

    The horizontal lines on the upper 7/8 of the screen are moving and sometimes goes away completely. Lower 1/8 there is ghosting, it is a bit darker and it fades right to left.

    Haven't taken the back off yet but quick research indicates horizontal lines are not caused by the TCON and most likely panel issues.

    Search for tab bonding issues on this forum,this model is known for it.In most cases can be repaired.

      If this TV has the side driver Bd i.e. side Tabs...we could probably do checks to see if the 'By-pass' method can be applied.
