i have a BY-3200s that i am using for typeC and other charging plug/cable for macbook laptops. i have a problem in typeC cable charger that cannot charge. i checked the IC(in the PICTURE) can anyone have a test tools like this, i cannot trace the IC code because it is scratch by the manufacturer i think. i attached the pictures. so someone can help me find the correct ic for this. i test it is shorted when installed.
