Maybe look into the service menu again and see if you can find a name with the tuner. Sometimes you can select tuners, sometimes there is a specific firmware for tuner x, etc.
Other than that, flick through all the service settings and write them down / take a photo and then to a factory reset everything.

HI guys; updating on my Philips tv,i received my new Remote control today, i have good news,i did the Factory default in the service menu, restarted tv then i could scan OTA channels, 50 available,now TV is working 100%, this tv is 6 years old, it has a great pic, it's 120 HZ, thanks you all that tried to help,
