Kiamo lcd 32 hdtv

I have a problem with a KIAMO LCD 32 HDTV it appears to be locked ouit none of the buttons on the front panel will work there is a red light showing when plugged in I have no remote and think the child lock has been activated can anyone help please

is there any other model numbers for this set it maybe on the back on a sticker.
