I have a problem with a KIAMO LCD 32 HDTV it appears to be locked ouit none of the buttons on the front panel will work there is a red light showing when plugged in I have no remote and think the child lock has been activated can anyone help please -

Yes I did have sound before I took out the cables and I had a partial picture but with vertical lines I now have just nothing so what shall I do now pleaseLeave a comment:

The blue background is not the one you can disable menu does not work just get a plain bluish screen and there is no viable fault on any of the boards
I did get a part picture when I first got the tv but I had vertical lines on the screen so checked the LED connecting flat cables and lost everything so I got a new TCon board and still nothing I did have sound before but not now I have tried with a DVD connected with HDMI cable still deadLeave a comment:

When this TV is switched on there is a very loud crackling noise coming from the set if left on the crackling will go off and if the set is switched off then switched on when still warm it performs Okay

Thanks for the reply however I have seen panels on Ebay.co.uk
under 100 UK pounds and that will make it a cheap TV if I get the correct panel
Do you know what the panel number starts with as there are a lot of numbers on the back
