chromebook locked without google account i alreadu edit rom and change value enrol 1 to 0 and still locked need help

Unfortunately got the same issue, but worst case ever, I backed up my bios and when I was about to write the new one I noticed that it had just 8mb and I solder back the chip to the motherboard. But now it won't turn on. When I press the power button only a blue light on the charging usb port shows up. Any idea???

i am having the same problem now input it back locked file 16mb and now no display only blue light i dont know what to do if you find out tell me☹️
