TV with white screen.

Hi guys,

I have a tv (Samsung UN55C8000) that recently turn white and I'm not sure if it's the T-Con, panel, or the mainboard's problem.

When on, the whole screen is white with sound and I can see the picture in the background. Anyone have this problem before?

Using the service manual test the Tcon voltages first, voltages like VGH etc. IMO sounds like Tcon.

Identify and measure on the T-CON Bd these four (4) voltages.
They are typically:
1. VGH (VON) 23.8Vdc
2. VGL (VOFF) -7.3Vdc
3. VDD 3.32Vdc
4. VDA (AVDD) 15.3Vdc
Most likely one of these voltages are not what it should be.
This will confirm a 'bad' T-CON Bd.
