Its raining Toshiba problems here. Just got out of the fire with one and back with another. This one is not sending the power on signal. The board number is 431C2751L03. Anyone have any experience with this one. There is a mainboard repair packet listed on ebay for this set but have no idea as to whether it solves this problem. Thanks for your assistance in solving this issue.

Thanks Reecey. Will get up pictures asap. According to the customer it got hit by a surge that took out the cable box also. I'm expecting more damage than just software unfortunately.Comment

Try heating the main processor. I had a 40e200u that had that problem or a fried hdmi ic can't recall which lol.Comment

U17 is the HDMI. I will look to see if I still have the main board this week end, I found the power supply board but not sure if I recycle the main board or not.Never stop learning
