LG Z-SUS board (with FPGF4633) - Service kit parts value

Hi everyone, I've got a question for those who have already repaired these Z-SUS boards, having 6x FGPF4633 shorted, an open 6.3A fuse and some blown 27R resistors. I've got the one of a friend to repair (60").

Since two of resistors driving the gate of a mosfet have increased values (c.a. 30R), I'd like to replace these IGBT drivers, in SOT23-5 case. These are labeled IC215 and IC216. They are engraved '5K', but goggling that gives absolutely nothing.

Hence the question: who knows the value of these IGBT drivers?

Sure, kits are available on eBay for cheap, but I do not trust at all semiconductors purchased on eBay (so many fakes ...). I plan to purchase parts from usual distributors (Mouser).

    Thanks!
