17MB11-6 Vestel
Hi, I've got a Growing Tv with Vestel chassis 17MB11-6 at my repair store. Someone tried to repair it, but was't able to do that, so he took parts out!! The board has the emi filter IC (ic36 3P2814AF) but xtal is missing, so no picture! Can anyone see wich xtal (x501) was there please? Thank you. Vestel schematics dont refer the frequency of the Xtal.

take look on the base of the X500 if it paint it with white, if no it may X501 Optional however use same Hz value of X500 if don't make change then the fault at other parts..Last edited by Diah; 06-03-2016, 12:52 PM.Comment

I'll try it monday and i'll tell you thank's. x500 is present, value 14.318180. x501 only the pins remained there, the xtal boddy has been removed intentionaly!Comment

Hi, fitted the original 20.000mhz xtal but stil no picture, T-con board had a burned fuse(Could be related to power supply problems, alredy corrected (caps)). Fitted fuse and everything works fine now.
Problem solved! Thank's guys. Hope this tip helps someone
