Hi, fitted the original 20.000mhz xtal but stil no picture, T-con board had a burned fuse(Could be related to power supply problems, alredy corrected (caps)). Fitted fuse and everything works fine now.
Problem solved! Thank's guys. Hope this tip helps someone

17MB11-6 Vestel
Hi, I've got a Growing Tv with Vestel chassis 17MB11-6 at my repair store. Someone tried to repair it, but was't able to do that, so he took parts out!! The board has the emi filter IC (ic36 3P2814AF) but xtal is missing, so no picture! Can anyone see wich xtal (x501) was there please? Thank you. Vestel schematics dont refer the frequency of the Xtal. -

Hi, i´ll try o write in english without the google translator
I work in eletronics and microeletronics repair shop in Portugal. For me i´ts very good to access this forum, the "badcaps" problem concerned me a lot in the most recent years, i think that even the best and conceptued brands are getting worst in the sort of caps they are using. This includes lots of laptop computers.
It whould be great to trade or help with information with all of you!
