This is my neighbors TV that was under a blanket in their garage. The main power supply fuse is good, I have never heard of TL capacitors so I switched them all out for UCC KZN/KZM series. The 2200uf 35v cap had a failed bottom bung and I multimeter handling failure made me think that the 470 ohm 5W fusible resistor had also failed open. When I fired it back up, I was showing good 5v standby voltage. I pressed the power button and heard a distinct POP. I figured the fusible resistor was gone again but it tested out at 450 ohms. I also noted scorch marks around one resistor (R558) that I believe is marked 70 ohms. It metered as 10 ohms ( still in circuit). Checked all the SMD fuses on the inverter board, they are good. Any opinions? Thanks!
