well, i mean how it's working and i found R607 and R609 burned, then i supposed that Q601 and IC601 are broken.

As well as on schematic there aren't value of that resistors, can help me to find it?

Can you read the P/N of the IC601?
I expect R611 to be bad (open circuit) too.

IC601 is 2QS02G, R611 is good

That is a surprised for R611 (<1 Ohm) SOURCE resistor to still be good when that POWER MOSFET shorted out.
