                PL805 conector to mainboard
                pin 11 11.6v, 15 5.2v, 17 5.2v, 19 5.2v, 21 5.2v
                pin 10 3.4v, 12 11.6v, 14 5.2v, 16 5.2v, 18 3.4v, 20 3.4v, 22 3.4v
                if that makes sense other pins showing no voltages grounds etc.

                        Here are you readings. It looks as though the backlights are not coming on since all the other supplies appear to be as expected.

                        Can you lift Pin 8 of PL805 out of the connector and connect a 1K resistor from pin 8 to pin 17 and see if they come on.

                          Main board firmware fault. Try running the core update folder Via usb see if it fixes it.

                                            Hi everyone, I have a Nintendo 2DS XL that shows the orange charging light when plugged in, but nothing happens when I press the power button — no blue light, no screen, no sound.

                                            Here's what I've observed:

                                            All ribbon cables are properly connected

                                            Battery is present and in good condition

                                            No reaction even with screens disconnected

                                            There's a visible burn mark / overheating sign on the metal shield, right above the CPU


                                            I’m suspecting an issue with the CPU, PMIC, NAND, or a power...

                                            As the Elitebooks (820, 840 all gens) only show flashing Power LED and flashing CapsLock (continuously) + a very soft "ticking" noise near the DC Jack,
                                            I wonder if re-flashing the BIOS might be of any use here.

                                            As far as I understood, steady flashing either means insufficient power or a CPU/GPU/Motherboard issue. I use the original 65watt power supply.

                                            There are so many threads out there, but most of the solutions involve flashing codes, which I dont have or claim that you MUST use the original power supply, do a hard reset, reseat the RAM, clean the RAM,...
