I don't know if the leds could be stripped of this unit to repair your set. Each operates at 6V.

you need to trust your self, if yours hand soldering iron had the solder head 0.5 or 1.0 mm you can do it easly.. believe me,, i did it and no way of mistake even you exchange all the 72 leds

your choice, but when no beep it show you the residences of the led if its below 700 it mean leaks.

None of them beep so that means they are all bad? But we know that only 18 out of 72 don't light.

Come on Diah you should know that they shouldn't beep if so that means they are shorted. Normally test them and see which one does not light. Reverse bias your meter leads in diode mode and test the Leds see if any do not light.

I done even know what that means. Lol.
I do have a pc psu rigged up like you did in your video. Can I use the. 5v on each led? One lead on one side and one on the other?

His meter cannot light up LEDs that are in series internally with Vf of 6V, it probably does not put out enough Voltage to bias on the two 3V Vf LEDs connected in series.
He can put two white LEDs in series and find out if his meter is capable or not.
Internally the LED also has protection diode connected in antiparallel fashion.
