    TC-P55GT30 6 blinks

I recently acquired a TC-P55GT30 with the 7 blink problem. After a bunch of online research, I learned a bunch of parts fail on the SC board causing 7 blinks so I purchased the repair kit from shopjimmy to fix it. After replacing all of the parts with the new kitted parts, I no longer get 7 blinks :-) but the bad news is I get 6 blinks instead :-( If I removed the SC20 ribbon cable, I get 8 blinks, which according to my research means a problem still exist on the SC board. I have looked for shorts, but I am not finding anything. Any suggestions besides buy a new SC board? I am not finding a ton of information on the 6 blink problem as I did on the 7 blink problem. I have been trying to reverse engineer the energy recovery circuit which I am hoping will help me find the issue but so far no luck. I spent some time looking for IC16581 but can't even find it on the SC board. I'm stuck, please help........

    Re: TC-P55GT30 6 blinks

I would start by checking all the ribbon and any connectors to make sure they are seated properly. I had one that the ribbon between the SU and SD board was not quite square and it threw a 7 blink code. I almost started tearing everything apart when I found it. Did you test the IGBT's under the small heatsinks?? You have to probe thru the silicone that covers the pins, but again, I overlooked one of those and I also had bought the SJ kit. I am not real familiar with the 6 blink code, so hopefully some one will chime in that knows more on the 6 blink. Have you tested the tv with the buffers totally disconnected and SC50 socket jumped??

I have checked all of the ribbon cables and parts under the heatsinks. All appears OK. I actually removed the heatsink to probe the FETs instead of probing through the silicon. None are shorted.

I did try the isolation procedure and still get 6 blinks. According to the manual, there is still a problem on the SC board.

Did you also replace the small 8 legged IC and resistors? Can you recheck all IGBT's and diodes for shorts?

There are also parts on the PS that CAN fail when the 7 blink occurs. Check those IGBT's under the heatsink.

Samsung QE75Q60A - bootloop, double blink, no display
              by david sen
Got this 75" TV for free, spent 10+ hours looking into solutions and troubleshooting methods before posting, I would hate for this device to become e-waste.

              The issue:
backlight turns on, goes dim, turns off and the red light blinks twice.
unlike the numerous videos I have seen online I can hear an audible click from the relay switch on the p9wer supply board.

              What I tried:
disconnecting the main board from the power supply = backlight turns on and stays on.
disconnecting the ribbon cable from the mainboard = backlight turns on, there is...

T-con suspect issue. Both ribbon cables no picture. One ribbon cable ok. (58pus8545)
              by Tr0ll
Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.

The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.

              Original T-con:
Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.

              First replacement T-con:

I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)...

Un50cu7000 2 blink oddity *partially solved
              by EazyBone
I write this to maybe help another with this TV.

So I aquired this TV a 2023 model. It started the 2 blink reboot problem which indicates bad panel. It was still under warranty and the repair man came by.

The Samsung repairman brought a brand new panel and switched my original boards to the new panel. The new panel then had the 2 blink error code. The repair guy said he has seen this and the MAIN board on this model will cause the 2 blink. He then replaced the main/power board (they are both connected) and put it back onto my original panel. Voila it worked.

Samsung UN65JU67ODFXZA Version TD01 Schematic and Parts List
              by Mark D
The TV is a Samsung UN65JU67ODFXZA Version TD01. I replaced the power source board and the TV is now working, but I decided to try and troubleshoot the old board to fix at the component level. Trying to get a schematic and a parts list has proven to be an issue. Trying on my own, I can't tell you how many times my Norton security has flagged sites as "malicious". I ordered a service manual from ServiceManuals.net, paid $16.99 and got 66 pages of everything BUT schematics and component parts list! Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Some of the surface mounted component parts...

              Hello All, I have a Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14ARP8 83AX, Board No NB6369A_MB_V5

Behavior - Pressing power button results in three second led blinks on the button,
Connecting charger lights up orange as normally would while charging.
Connecting charger without battery blinks orange.
              No fanspin.

              Tried flashing bios, no change.

I inspected the board and found a burnt component on the USB / Power button daughter board. I assume the comonent was an esd protection diode as it was on the USB A port power rails. removed the component but still exhibits...
