Think im gonna keep hold of mine for now. Just incase anyone gets the same fault i found that r127 on the tab board was shorted. I removed it and the screen then powered up fine but it had a black line down it. So like i was advised it was a short causing the issue.

That resistor should show shorted as its low enough ohms, but as you said panel fault not fixable.
