Samsung UN60H6350AFXZA - No Pic

No picture, responds to remote and has turn on-off audio prompts, audio works via digital out. By pass main board from power supply to panel to confirm it's not backlight issue.
I replaced the main board (did not help), can the power supply still be issue?
Did I get a bad main board (Best Buy parts direct)?
or can it be T-Con?

Don't have immediate access, I think there are only 2 cables from power supply,from power supply to Main Board, power supply to panel
Main board to T-Con (ribbon), main board to wifi, main board to IR and the cable to PS (total 4)
Confirmed panel OK by disconnecting PS to Main Board, although it seems like power is OK, panel lights up when main is bypassed), IR works with power on/off, digital audio out illuminates.
No obvious issues with main or power supply, Shop Jimmy has a kit, PS, Main, T-Con, Wifi for $99.99 think I'll opt for that thinking that Parts Direct sent me a bad mainboard?

We know that the power supply and LED drivers are OK when you have backlights without the cable to the main board connected, so something is locking out the main board from sending the BL-ON to turn on the backlights, it is either the main board, the WIFI board or the T-CON is locking out the signal, so try disconnection the T-CON board first and see, then the WI-FI board and see.
$99 for all three boards is pretty reasonable price.

Replaced the T-Con and it had blue LED's lit up (had not seen that previously), no response from remote, I said 'H___ with it', replaced the main board and PS (purchased the kit) works fine. It actually looked there was a MOTH that had fried a solder joint on the Power Supply. Is that possible?

Got the same exact problem on the exact model right now.
Audio but No Visual.
Seems to me like a T-con issue, will begin with that.
Will also get the measurements to pinpoint failure.
Anybody got a good idiots guide for multimeter usage? lol
