lines on top of screen only samsumg UN46D6900

It has just a strip of lines horizontal, but it just has it on the top screen the bottom look narmal..I tried to add bit of tape on the ribbon and it work fine but still looks somos small lines....any tricks or how to do this right and why this happens to this sets I have see lots of tv with this problem

Can you post pictures? Some samsung models also have mainboard problems causing these tiny lines. Apply a little bit of pressure on the mainboard and see if it changes
