My sony bravia kdl-46S4100 has a white screen with a faint pictures in the background as show in the picture. The sound work too. Please help me to fix it.

Check Tcon see if it has As15 Ic on it if so its that with out even checking voltages lol but you should check the output of the chip.

As budm user recommend here are all my test voltages. The excel spreadsheet said FAIL.

Do you have tools to do surface mount repair? You may be better off getting the replacement board.

My plan is to get a replacement board, but I need and expert recommendation. I want to be sure the T-CON is defective.

At this point it's showing as bad T-CON board.
