Vizio E422VA turns on by itself

If Vizio E422VA is unplugged from electrical outlet it takes several minutes to turn on after it is plugged back in. After that it turns on fine; however, after turning the TV off it will turn itself back on after 2-3 minutes. I don't see any caps that look bad. Does this sound like a main board issue or power supply issue before recapping the PS? Thanks.

I had a TV like this and I thought it was the main board. It ended up being the power supply. There was a cold solder join somewhere. I just reflowed the solder on all of the parts on the heat sink, and this fixed the problem.

Finally got to this. No luck on reflowing all heat sink connections. Great TV - just keeps turning itself back on after 90 - 120 seconds. Thanks.
