Im working on a tv that keeps saying "Wifi dongle detected". Nothing is attached. Any ideas? Is there a BIOS dump available to just re-flash this?

No easier than that and you cant do it that way you need the Mboot folders but as it still boot doing a core update might work. Find the core update, put the folder on a fat32 formatted Usb, put tv in standby plug in Usb to port, power on hold "Ok" on the remote. Thanks to Diah, got M557-G0 LCD panel buffer board repaired and running ( link ) Next challenge is no WiFi/Bt despite module on the main board and getting 3.3v supply (3.45v measured)- TV Menu shows Network Access Point option (enet unplugged) but menu can't select that entry
- Service Menu shows many Bt/Wifi info missing
- Vizio app shows no WIFIVendor file
- Tried countless enet unplug (user manual said need to unplug enet to get to wifi menu), factory

I've got two boards with the exact same issue, and it's confusing the hell out of me. In short:
1. Both boards behave *exactly* the same; they will show WiFi networks to connect to, and will boot fully to Internet Recovery, but they each show zero available WiFi networks once booted to Internet Recovery. I also cannot switch WiFi "off", as in, the toggle will not move.
2. Both boards will erase perfectly fine using the "erase mac" function; I can wipe them with disk utility, but if I try to install MacOS from Internet Recovery, it says to connect... -

I have had an iROBOT i7 with a camera error (error 68) version REV M, year 2018.
I bought a liquid damaged Mainboard with WiFi module, from the same vacuum cleaner, but a different year and a different version (REV G).
(This board does not respond, only the LEDs light up in a circle.
The liquid damage is catastrophic and restoration is impractical).
(I bought this board to get the WiFi module and camera).
The boards are completely different in the installation of elements, even the connector for the WiFi module is different.

I am working on an ASUS ROG G513QY laptop with RX 6800M dGPU.
Originally, this laptop was completely non-functional. I replaced the motherboard (part number 6050A3254002-MB-Axx), and with the replacement board it started working fine.
