    Resistor Help

I want a 5.6 ohm, 1/3 Watt 0603 size resistor. I need it to replace Panasonic D0GF5R6JA047 M 5.6 OHM,J, 1/3W. This part blows due to arcing on the Panasonic Plasma TV. I found a place that sells the OEM part in the US, but the fuckers want $93US to ship to Canada. Not paying that for a resistor. If anyone knows where I can find a replacement part, please share, or can I use a 1/4W resistor. I found 1/4w, just no 1/3W

    See part here:

I found this bulletin. Presumably Panasonic knows about this problem and needs a resistor that can dissipate more heat? If yes, why not just bodge in a 1/2 W through hole resistor onto those two pads and use some high temperature silicone glue to secure it in place?

@tech2014, it is not good form to ask the same question in more than place.
