If this has the BN44-00341B power supply there are two common problems. First is a strobing backlight, the second is no backlight - you are somewhere in between lol. To test for the first condition you can cut (or lift one end) of JP852 TEMPORARILY (this defeats a safety feature!) and see if backlight returns to normal. If so look for the proper fix on here. For the second problem CI818 is likely to blame, replacing this recently fixed my No Backlight condition. Good luck.

Ok thank you!! Already did theses 2 fix but no chances. If i am asking to get more power the back light shut off. Like if i do a volume test and if i raise the volume on the roof or if i plug the HDMI cable back light shut down. Thanks for your tought!!!

It's very possible that your panel has failed.

Maybe the main board is sending faulty dimming sìgnals ? Have you removed the main board cable from the power supply and plugged in to see if you have full brightness on the back light ?

At the start the back light is pretty strong but for a fraction of second. I do have 2 other faulty power suply of the same model so i will try to swap a few component from bord to board to see if it can change something. Thank you!!

'If i am asking to get more power the back light shut off' What do you mean by that?
Did you check the DCV between the two legs of the main filter cap in the primary side to make sure it has close to 400VDC?
Is your power supply board Samsung BN44-00341B?

                  TV: Samsung QLED QE65Q7FNAT
                  PSU: BN4400940A

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. No picture or backlight on LCD. I thought about removing diodes like in this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...sung-qled-q60r...

                  Samsung UE60KS7000 No Standby Light
                  by marcinq
                  Hello,

I've got a problem with a Samsung UE60KS7000 that was given to me and said that there was a problem with the One Connect box but as I understand the TV should turn on even with the One Connect box disconnected (which it doesn't). There is no stand by light.

I've disconnected the Main Board from the PSU and when connecting to mains the backlight turns on which suggests the PSU might be ok. I've measured the voltages out of the PSU and they seem reasonable (like the labels say). The main board has no obvious burns, there are no shorts on the power rails anywhere....

Samsung UN65NU6900FXZA Stand-by light on but voltages on PS indicate TV should be on
                  by DXseekerMO
                  Hello everyone!

Tonight I picked up a Samsung UN65NU6900FXZA with a curious issue.

                  Symptoms:

                  1) Plug TV in to AC outlet, stand-by light illuminates briefly and goes out.
                  2) TV does not appear to turn on
                  3) Backlights do not illuminate, voltages associated with backlights on Power Supply are not present
                  4) "Power on" terminal on Power Supply has 3.26v
                  5) "A13V" terminals have 12.9v
                  6) Stand-by test jumper on Power Supply has 12.9V
                  7) Optical audio jack on Main Board illuminates
                  8) With stand-by...

LED TV Samsung The Frame 55 inch QE55LS03RAU Standby Light only
                  by ChristianBr01
                  Hello everyone,
I got a Samsung The Frame 55 inch TV for free from uncle cause it is not turning on anymore. I am in the second year of training as an electrician so I have knowledge already but I am far away from to be a pro.
The TV has Standby but ist not turning on. A Friend of mine owns a 50 inch Frame TV so I checked the One Connect Box and the One Connect Cable there. Both are good and working normally. I have opened the TV case and measured some voltages on the Board.
What I already found is that the 12.8V are not an the connector to the main board connector to the power...
