Luxor led55fsb won't start after lightning

Hi,
I'm having some trouble finding spare parts for my TV after lightning struck it trough the hdmi or rj45 jack, the TV won't power up and I can't seem to find the exact mainboard to replace it (vestel 17mb91, p/n 23239998). However i can find some finlux models that's based on the same mainboard but im not sure it will work in my TV.
Does anybody have any experience with the compatability between vestel based TV's?

Do the finlux models work with the same panel ? With these Vestel sets you need to get the Mainboard Panel numbers exactly correct.

This board is claimed to work with the panel "ves550unes-2d-s01" but there are a few extra conectors and the partnumber is not exactly the same.

The board is for the Finlux 55F9076-T which is a "3d tv" and mine is a regular 2d, is it possible to change the firmware on the new board to the luxor led55fsb firmware?
