Hi guys i got my hands on a Samsung 43 inch Plasma tv which has this fault. what could be the issue, im assuming not the buffers but something else ?

Looks like Zsus issue whats the model of the tv that would help ?

Ok probably best to learn how to before replacing boards, do you have a DMM ?

mikeyboy S/C = short circuit, since you own a few multimeters I bet you know what a short circuit is.
