It could be a LED Driver issue or the LEDS have gone defective.

You can check the DCV at the connector to goes that goes to the LEDs. Good clear pictures of the TV and the board will help.

        Delta PSU DPS-93BP

These are the links of schematics of the boards which are inside my lcd tv!
I studied the schematic of the Delta SMPS!take a hair dryer and when I blow the hot air under the connector CN 2 which is connected to the led strings in the panel suddenly the backlight stays and picture appears!Question Do I warm
up the LED Driver IC702 which is near of the underside of The Delta SMPS?
Do you think the ic is broken and is it possible to get it alone or must I change the board?
        regards thoma!
There is a training of this smps

Re: Sharp LC32LE530E with LED Backlight

I have the same model TV where the problem is that the backlights are on but the picture does not show up.

On startup, the red led flashes about seven times before the backlight turns on and then flashes four times red before turns green, the lcd panel shades darker, but no picture is displayed.

The PSU keeps buzzing that changes its frequency when backlights turn on and the next time when the screen shades darker.

You really need to post clear pictures of the circuit boards and also give any voltage readings you have taken alongside their names.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.
