    Insignia NS-LCD42HD Green but NADA

I now have an Insignia NS-LCD42HD-09 Plugged in is the red solid standby light then push the power and it turns green and stays but I get no flash of the backlight and can not see any video on the screen using flashlight. On the power board I have all the voltages except BL_ON. Big caps 390v fuses good on both inverter boards. I pulled the start up cap and replaced. Not sure where to go next.

Do you get any sound. Have you selected Screen Menu or some sort of screen display when using the flashlight to look for the screen image.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

No sound and clicked the input button slow so maybe I would get static. And Yes I hit the menu button then tried vol up and down while looking.

'On the power board I have all the voltages except BL_ON.' Main board is not sending the Backlights ON command signal to turn on the backlights.

So maybe just get another main board?

Yes, or at least inspect the main board real close to see if there are any damaged, burnt, bad connections, etc. You can also check the Voltage regulator ICs, try heating and cooling the board.
