Plasma TV Panasonic model number Tc-p55gt31 no standby voltage

Hello I have a plasma TV model Tc-p55gt31 that has no standby voltage . I am getting 165 dc across the main filter capacitor . I have checked all capacitor with an esr meter ,diodes , and fuses . I get various readings on the hot side but it is completely dead on the cold side . Any advice to finding the culprit would be greatly appreciated . I don't know if because I am in phone or the site update but won't let me upload pictures but will try again as soon as I get home .

can be more descriptive about where you're testing, symptoms etc as you plug in the TV, relay clicks etc.

So at connector A6, pin 6 is there 5V there?

Check between P15V line and earth and see if shorted or try this

Caution: Do not allow the TV to run for more than 30 seconds when isolating the power supply

The Power Supply can be tested without any load by removing several connectors from the P and A boards.
Remove the following connectors from the P board:
    P2, P11, and P35.
Remove the following connectors from the A board :
    A11, A12, A20, A31, A32, A14, and A40.
    Procedure:
    1.
Plug in the TV. The relays from the P board should click. (Note: if a second click is heard approximately 10~15 seconds after the 1st click, the F15V is confirmed to be present.)
    2.
Turn the power on. (Note: The power LED should turn on and the fans should be running. If this is the case, measure the Vsus and Vda.)
Vsus can be measured on pin 1 of connector P2 or P11.
Vda can be measured on pin 1 of connector P35.
    3.
If these voltages are OK, then the power supply is OK. (Note: The TV won't turn on if there is a short circuit on the P15V.)

    Note: If there is a short circuit on the Vsus or Vda lines while this test is conducted;

The SOS4_PS is not triggered. Pin 4 of connector P6 stays low. (Note: The PS SOS only monitors over-voltage conditions.

The TV will still turn on without Vsus or Vda.

The fans will continue to run.

Here is another method to self test a Panasonic Plasma Power Board:
      1. Disconnect all the connectors to the PSU Board, except the AC input.
      2. On connector P7 connect a1Kohm resistor from Pin 1 (STBY 5V) to Pin 5 (F_STBY_ON) and another 1Kohm resistor from Pin 1 to Pin 7 (Panel _Main_ON)
      3. Using a piece of wire solder connect Pin 1 and Pin 3 on connector P35
4 Connect a light bulb tool across connector P2 (Vsus voltage and Gnd)
5 Plug in the AC supply, If the PSU Bd is good the light bulbs will light up.
      6. Measure the Vdc across connector P2-It should give you the Vsus voltage approx. 192Vdc.
The light bulb tool is two(2) 220V 100W Light bulbs connected in series
Quick and easy method to self-test Plasma PSU Bds.
      Regards.

I read your post over and realise you don't have 5Vdc. Sorry
