TVE LED3212DVDDVBT LED TV No backlight

hi.

i replaced a diode on mainboard because it doesn`t turned on. Now tv is turning on (green led), but no backlight. on the power supply i have 24 volt on LED+ and LED1 test points.

there are 2 pairs of wires (2 x red/black) to the panel.

on mainboard there is a connector labeled 'inverter' , the reading are:

GND 0
GND 0
ADJ 4.5
BLO 0
12v 12
12v 12

BLO = backlight on? it's 0v so that is not good?

BLO is the backlight on you should be seeing around 3.3v on that. What mainboard is it ?

it is T.MSD306.9A

i looked carefully on the board and saw a commonent was loose because i used hotair to remove a diode. i think i used to high airflow.
it is connected to u3 that is aic2857f a voltage regulator.

5v goes in and 1.3v goes out. is this output voltage is correct? it looks it goes to the processor.
