How to remove this menu from screen hitachi lcd?

I HAVE This hitachi l40a105e don't have the remote but I cant get this removed from bottom of the screen ive tried everything in settings menu

find and download a user manual, it may cover it.

Order a remote or find a compatible universal remote.

set your INPUT to TV mode and get the channel numbers displaying on the screen.
You cannot access it on any of the Video INPUTS got to be on the TV's tuner.
Press menu....select Setup.....Enter
Select Auto Setup....Enter...E Pop Demo...enter and turn it off.
