samsung ua32d5000 no power led blinking

hi all
please can anyone upload me the samsung power board bn44-00460a as the power is pulsating and the 12v is very sluggish changed fan7602c but still no improvement also changed the optocouplers need the schematics.

Backlights come on ? Suspect open leds in backlight.

Posting pictures of the back of your tv showing the boards with clear pictures may help you more with fixing your problem
