Repair GUIDE of Power Supply of TV Philips Funai 32PFL4507_F7_F8 4907 2507 PL12.2_sm

    Hi there.

    I founded a repair-kit in mexico city to repair a TV Philips Funai 32PFL4507_F7_F8 32PFL4907_F7 32PFL2507_F7 chasis PL12.2_sm

I bought it and I followed all the instructions and the TV worked like a charm! So I share it

I will traduce you the part list and the modifications you will have to do to repair the power supply. (The original guide is written in spanish).

This guide works if you have no power failure on your TV.

    First step:

1 - D650 D651 D653 shouldn't be in short circuit. If these diodes are in short circuit, so this modification won't work.

2 - Replace all these parts listed here:

    Q601 - K8A55DA
    Q602 - C5344
    D607 - DZ27-1W (1N4750A)
    D608 - DZ36-1W (1N4753A)
    D654 - DZ33-1W (1N4752A)
    D609 - 1N4148
    D660 - C1093
    IC601 - PC817
    R611 - RM.33-1W
    F601 - FE4A-250V

Q501 - QUIT IT AND DON'T PLACE IT
R501 - QUIT IT AND DON'T PLACE IT

3 - Power the board and check these voltages to the following diodes:
    D650 & D651 = 7.76V
    D653 & D654 = 8.8V

If you have these tensions, you can place the board on the TV, and it shoud power on!

Funai 32FL553P/10 - squealing from PSU, dies after 10 seconds, blank screen after logo, bootloops
      by kotel studios
      Hi,

Found an Funai 32FL553P/10 TV on sale for cheap listed as broken, so I decided to give a shot at reparing this.

      State I got it in:
      Squealing from the PSU
After logo I get a blank screen
After 10 seconds of having a blank display w/ backlight the TV dies
Give it 7-10ish seconds again and it starts to bootloop.

      What I did so far:
Replaced all the caps on the PSU (apart from primaries, they were fine and none at hand)
      Checked all voltage rails:
      5VSB - 4.8V
      AMP+13V - 14.4V
      13V - 12.98V (in manual 12V)...

Philips 32PFL4901/F8 BA4GF0F0102 2 Not getting standby led
      by alro7779
      Hello, guys!

The same 32" Philips TV I was having video issues, but now I don't have standby led at all. Someone here shared with me the schematic of the power supply, and checking the voltages, I see right after the resistor R604 I'm getting 1.6 v which is too low for enabling the Gate of the Q601 mosfet (the diagram says 4.2). On the R614 resistor I'm getting 181 V in and 117 V out, then through R603 I'm getting the same 117 V in and 59.9 V out, finally getting the latter voltage in the R604 BUT getting just 1.6 V out, which is the voltage that goes on to the Gate of the Q601...

Philips 8200 series 65PUS8204/12 stuck at Philips Logo
      by G33RT
Philips 8200 series 65PUS8204/12 stuck at Philips Logo, it does not reboot it just stays on the logo.

It does power up when pressing the power button.

I already try the power button while plugin the plug with no result.
Also put the latest firmware autorun-TPM191E_R.001.004.100.000.upg on a MBR/FAT32 USB stick at USB port2 with no result either.

Could this be an PSU or eMMC issue ?

      ME Firmware Cleaning Guide
      by SMDFlea
Here`s a quick ME Firmware cleaning guide.

The guide is basic, its main goal is to show you how to use intel FIT,its highly recommended that you all follow the guide posted at win-raid

(The attached FIT version is 11, if your ME Firmware (FW) is not 11.0.*.* follow the win-raid guide. Use the tools version for your ME FW, for example: ME System Tools v9.1 For systems running ME v9.0 - v9.1)

A video, software (intel FIT) and practice bios are all included. I`ll post a better video and more advanced guide at a later date.
