Hi there.
I founded a repair-kit in mexico city to repair a TV Philips Funai 32PFL4507_F7_F8 32PFL4907_F7 32PFL2507_F7 chasis PL12.2_sm
I bought it and I followed all the instructions and the TV worked like a charm! So I share it
I will traduce you the part list and the modifications you will have to do to repair the power supply. (The original guide is written in spanish).
This guide works if you have no power failure on your TV.
First step:
1 - D650 D651 D653 shouldn't be in short circuit. If these diodes...

Re: Monitor HP1502 - Power supply board 715L1034-1 Failure - NO POWER
Hi.
Thanks for your answer.
I replaced C907 for a 22uf 50V.
D904 D905 D906 ZD905 CN902 are absent on my board. This part of the circuit don't exist.
I ckecked ZD901, multimeter in diode mode, 0.73V for one side, nothing for the other, so I think ZD901 is OK.
When I power the board, I have 1V at the pins of ZD901 and this tension goes down slowly slowly 0.9V ... 0.8V.... 0.7V...
IC901 is mounted on a base so I can quit it...

Re: Monitor HP1502 - Power supply board 715L1034-1 Failure - NO POWER
Thanks for your answer.
The values of the resistors on the board are different as the values I have on the diagram.
R906 & R907 are marked 684 - So 680K? I tested with the multimeter and I measured the correct values (680K).
R905 & R904 are marked 105 - So 1Mohm? I Quited them and the multimter gives me 1Mohm for each one... So seems to be good
Those resistors R906 & R907 are marked 1Mohm on the diagram... They are 680Kohms on my board...

Monitor HP1502 - Power supply board 715L1034-1 Failure - NO POWER
Hi everbybody!
I Have a VGA monitor HP1502 and the failure is NO POWER. No led, no Power, nothing. The power board is a 715L1034-1
So I tried to find some diagrams o Service manuals and I found those PDFs :
In the HP L1502 Service Manual.pdf attached document, I can see the power board doesn't match with the 715L1034-1. Very interesting for fixing the scaling board but in my case it's useless...
In the 715L1034-1 Diagram.pdf attached document, there is the complete diagram of the...

Re: Samsung BN44-00261B power board backlight inverter fail
Hi!
Thanks for the infos!
I made more tests, everything was unsuccessful... I removed the resistor RI825, and I tried to saturate the mosfet through a 10K resistor with the 13V output and it was unsuccessful... And I tried too to put directly the pin 9 of the BD9893 to the ground (I suppose when the mosfet 2N7002 is saturated, it will act as a closed interuptor so directy connects to the ground...)
But I can note a strange thing.
- When i connect only the PSU board...

Re: Samsung BN44-00261B power board backlight inverter fail
Hi!
Thanks for your answers!
So with the help of the scheme and your informations, I solded 1 cable to the SD point and another to the COLD mass.
Miracle, with this 2 cables, the backlight looked to stay ON, with a value of 3.2V, and this value is decreasing little by little (look photo).
I turned it OFF, turned ON, the backlight worked normally.
Anther try and now, the backlight goes down after 3 seconds. Impossible to get it staying ON. ...

Re: Samsung BN44-00261B power board backlight inverter fail
Hi! Thanks everybody for the answers
I looked fater the TV and I have the following :
I looked the inverter ON/OFF PIN (the 23) and I have 4,4V. When I turn the ON the TV and when the inverter pilot signal pass from 0V to 4,4V, I can see the backlight during 2 seconds then turn OFF. And the 4,4V is staying.
I tried to disconnect the white cable between the main board and the power board, and it is the same, the inverter turn on 2 second then turn OFF.
I think...Last edited by Axxel; 04-02-2013, 07:25 AM.

Samsung BN44-00261B power board backlight inverter fail
Hi everybody
I have a samsung TV and when I turn it on, i can see the OSD and the backlight during 2 seconds then turn off. Sometimes, the backlight get ON all the time during the TV is powered but it is very rare. I looked the solder and everything looks OK but with the soldering iron, I have remaked someones, but the problem still continue.
I think it is a condenser problem. I tested all the chemical caps and they looks to have the correct value. On the picture, we can see a sort of blue caps. Do you think it can be possible it can be this the problem?
