SONY BRAVIA KDL-32U2000 no picture

Hello, i have this TV that wont show picture. TV turn on, backlight turn on but no picture. I check voltages on PSU and they are ok. Please advise what to check?

Also i try to connect with PC via VGA port and no picture also.

Did you check the cable between the T-CON and the main board? Check the SMD fuse on the T-CON? Check the DCV between GND and each end of the SMD fuse of the T-CON?

i check cable and the cable is ok. i have 33V on t-con side of cable. I found 3 fuse on t-con and they are ok. Voltages on F are 11,7V on two and one is 4V

33V, that does not sound right to me, T-CON board runs on either 5VDC or 12VDC.

Good clear pictures of the T-CON and the whole backside of the TV?

May be that is why you said you have 30V on the T-CON?

And where is the pictures of the whole backside of the TV that shows how all the boards are connected together? Remember we do not have the TV in front of us to look at it closely.
BTW, there are many very small SMD fuses on the boards, you will have to look at both sides of the boards.

i found t-con board

i found 2 fuse (i think it is the fuse and one is bad (continuity test fail) it has label on it "P" and it green colour

So the one that tested bad shows >1 Ohms? Do you DCV between the fuse's ends and the chassis?

voltages are 5V and 1V. On that 'FUSE' one side is 5V and other is 0.33V

yes, the one i tested show no connection (one side to another) 0 Ohm

The fues may have failed due to over current, but find out if you do have the Voltage feeding thee fuse first, if you do not have the Voltage then you have more than one problem beside blown fuse.
Also need the model number of the LCD panel to look at the spec sheet since the 'X' letter on the fuse is not standardized.

you mean to find the third fuse on t-con? On fuse is letter P not X.

Panel model no is: LTA320W2-L14 (Samsung)

Good, you did not lose the fuse on the board that feed the Voltage to the T-CON.
You should test the resistance between GND and the fuse's end (load side of the fuse)that does not show the Voltage to see if it shows low resistance that is low enough to cause the fuse to blow.

I check the load side of fuse and it show 2.2kOhm resistance between fuse load side and gnd.

OK, you can take an chance by temporary solder in the 3A fuse in place for testing for now, the short circuit can be after another switching device that is tuned on so the low resistance does not show up on the load side of the fuse until the switched device is turned on.

i try 3A fuse, and it worked. i see picture on TV. Should i replace with 3A permanently?

You need to look up the spec sheet of the LCD panel to see what the T-CON PEAK and typical current draws are. Most are in the 4A range.
