    KDL-52V4000 Power Supply Issue

Working on this Sony, power supply is producing the 3.3 volt stand by, no standby led and doesn't respond to remote, no PS-ON signal from the mainboard.

So before I purchased a main board, I thought I'd jump on the psb. ps-on to 3.3v and 3.3v to bl-on

The power supply clicks like it turning on, the back light flashes once then nothing.

I've removed the psb to test it, the primary caps rise form 340v to 358v then drop back to 340v

The 12v rise to 8v then back to 0
15v rise to around 13v then back to 0
