With these cheaper units easier just to replace it, but if you would like to repair this check for shorted output diodes on the secondary and is there dc on the main cap ?

Set your multimeter to 600v dc then carefully put the probes on the positive and negative terminals of the primary cap, you should see around 330v dc if that voltage isnt there with the unit on the problem is in the primary/hot section of the psu.
