I sent my SC board for repair TNPA5351 because the VS line was shorted to ground, and had several bad Diodes on the board.
I get the board back, but the tv still doesn't turn on.
At this point I have a bad buffer, but I don't know how to figure out which one is causing the issue, and how do I figure out which IC or IC's is or are bad. Is there an Ohms test I can perform, or some other sort of test?

open the manual, go to block diagram 4/4

identify Vfo,VF5V, VSCN-F on sd,su. it gives the pin numbers at the connectors

measure resistance -vfg for each

Vfo usually will show short if the buffer has gone

as far as repair, i'd get a pro to do it unless your really skilled and able to get those off as the tracks liftt and tear easy

modus do buffers too

Yeah I am not that good with soldering, I don't trust myself with replacing one of those IC's
but I just want to get an idea of which IC is bad and if both boards are affected or just one.
