Philips 32PF5321D/37 No pick or Backlight

Philips 32PF5321D/37 and when turned on I get the green light for about 5 seconds then it turns to a red flashing twice then pause then twice and will do this until unplugged. I do not see any bulged caps or and damage from heat and my fuses are good. I do not see any markings for voltages on any of the connectors so I'm kind of stuck on where to go next since I have not seen a configuration like this before.. Any help is much appreciated!

Check the inverters, they are under the metal chassis, see the picture

Here are the 2 inverters. They look ok but I can not hook them up because the top is off. What can I check?

I have not worked on this model so I can't realy help, here is a link to the manual if its the same chassis (EL1.1U)

No like RJ. Anyway I was able to rig up something and I get 24 volts to the inverters while the light is green on the front. I then rigged up some different bulbs to see if it would power those bulbs and it does not so I'm thinking inverters??

Never fixed junked out.
