by gpo23Hello,
i order a t-con because i had bad colors on my SONY KDL-40V3000 :
With the new t-con the color are good but there are vertical lines on all the screen :
I've tried the old t-con and it returned to the initial issue (bad colors but no vertical lines)
Is there a way to fix the vertical lines on the new t-con ?
Thank you for your help

by motoraheadHi everyone, I've been troubleshooting my 20" Sony Trinitron (KV-20FV12) CRT after it failed to show a picture. The standby LED is blinking 4 times, which according to the service manual is a failed vertical deflection via the self-diagnostic check during power up.

Right now there's nothing but power cable connected and it's happening. We did hook up a new Nintendo Switch to our HDMI switching receiver today, and played for a while with no issues, but this problem didn't occur til a few hours later while...

by dustman1747I have acquired a Sony XBR-65X900H to try and fix. It probably was a complete no power situation. The main board was replaced and the TV started turning on. I now have start sounds and backlights, but no image. I've replaced the t-con with no improvement. Cables all appear to be ok and seated properly. The TV took a firmware update and hard reset but neither helped.
Using the tape trick I can get both side to display combinations of colored vertical lines. There is no change in the stripes and the pattern always appears the same. If I add additional tape strips I can get the screen... - Loading...
