Samsung LE40A557 no picture at all

I got this TV, LED is blinking like it is normally turning on but I get no picture, no backlight. Tried also flashlight but I did not see any picture either. Caps are OK, voltages are OK.

So I went ahead and tried resetting EEPROM per https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...0&postcount=77, but no change. Anything else I can try to check?

So you do have PS-ON and the PFC Boosted Voltage of >360VDC on the main filter cap?
BN44-00199A Power supply/inverter board number?

Yep. Signal board is PEARL.

I must say I somewhat swim in this, it has some special HV output from main board to the inverter board. Than there is second connector for ordinary 12V input…12 V is there, LD is about 10.6 V.
