Vizio vw32L HDTV40A

Hi I am new and my name is Ray. I have a Vizio model VW32L HDTV40a that has 5, 12 and 24 volts coming from the power supply. vizio main bd. 3632-0622-0150 is blowing f1 fuse 3 amp when plugging power cord the vizio symbol on the front of the tv does not light up at all and of course no video or audio. I can't see anything wrong. Anyone have any info. Thanks

Are you talking about the F1 fuse on the main board? Is there another fuse on the main board also?
Good clear pictures of the whole back side of the TV that show how all the boards are connected together?

Yes F1 (3 amp) fuse on the main board and Yes there is a F2 (5 amp) fuse on the main board. I have been trying to up load photos but I get and error see below.

This is more trouble than what it is worth. You are suppose to be able attach and upload from your pc but it would let you. So I done. Thanks

Yes it works for us so its your end. Just use tumblr or some other image host.

Sure if its more trouble to do that and fix your set no worries

That F1 fuse is fed by 5VSTBY. So check the resistance between the lower pin (top pin of the fuse is connected to the connector) of the fuse against the chassis to see if it shows resistance. The shorted circuit can be after the active devices so it may not show up at the fuse terminal.
F2 is fed by switched 12VDC.
