Hi I am new and my name is Ray. I have a Vizio model VW32L HDTV40a that has 5, 12 and 24 volts coming from the power supply. vizio main bd. 3632-0622-0150 is blowing f1 fuse 3 amp when plugging power cord the vizio symbol on the front of the tv does not light up at all and of course no video or audio. I can't see anything wrong. Anyone have any info. Thanks

Are you talking about the F1 fuse on the main board? Is there another fuse on the main board also?

Yes F1 (3 amp) fuse on the main board and Yes there is a F2 (5 amp) fuse on the main board. I have been trying to up load photos but I get and error see below.

That F1 fuse is fed by 5VSTBY. So check the resistance between the lower pin (top pin of the fuse is connected to the connector) of the fuse against the chassis to see if it shows resistance. The shorted circuit can be after the active devices so it may not show up at the fuse terminal.
