Re: Luxor tv keeps going on off help
Highly possible it is a software fault-time it to the second for the time it stays on-before going off.if the timing,to the second, repeats itself, then I would suggest the flash ic is corrupt, and,if available ,then update the software via usb pen drive-if you can find the software.
I have spent around 6 hours finding the bin. file for a 17mb65s-3,also vestel.got there in the end,no thanks to vestel, who are unhelpful.they just want to sell their wares, with no interest on any other issues/problems.
goog luck!Comment

by sutty86Right guys ,
I have a JVC TV which has a 17ips20P unit not the more common 17ips20
Me being an idiot automatically bought a standard 17ips20 for a good price at £17 to hopefully just replace it,
Well anyhow on refitting it has a different led connector has an extra pin so will not fit....
Looked at getting a 17ips20p cheapest is £50 online
So here I am ,I thought I would scratch your heads and possibly do some soldering.
Will send photos of both boards obvious deformity on the 17ips20p lots of soot initially at top of the board.

by loadedboyukHi people,
I have not posted in a while glad to see the forum is still going strong
I ahve a 50 inch luxor branded TV, it works well but it will not let me reset / return and store the updated TV channels.
it works fine while powered on BUT...
Every time I switch it off (stand by or mains) the channel lists reverts back to the old channel listings.
I have reset it multiple times, tried to reset via the engineers menu, ran to see if any updates are alavilbe over the internet.
its about 2 years old and "smart"... -
by otousamaI've got this unlucky board, a Vestel 17IPS20P (150313R3) that got a couples surgeries during its lifetime. The last time I fixed it there was a blown diode (D208), nothing extraordinary, happened already two years ago, changed it and everything was fine. Then after about a month I had the brilliant idea to add the unpopulated diodes D207 and D505 to harden this weak spot. During this operation I must have splattered some solder on the HV section cos after closing the lid and giving power a loud boom happened.

by steviewonderLooking for the U10 dump,Have tried a few, but nothing seems to work correctly, board is 17mb95m. I believe the Bush eled32240 hdcntd 3d dump is identical, both of which seem very elusive to obtain.
Many thanks in advance ! (I was going to post in the dump thread, but wasn't sure if that's the right place for requests)11-06-2019, 04:48 AM - Loading...
