i got same reading on all 4 of them.... 4.6ohm

You need to check the resistance on the High Voltage winding side.

i tested bouth out and in... all looks same ohms

is there a part number on the transformers? we maybe able too get a data sheet and see what the winding resistance should be

sorry...
on the in is 12.5 \ 13 Ohms
on the out 4.6 \ 4.2 Ohms

tested all 4 of them... in and out looks similar

We need good clear picture of the bottom side of the baord so we can tell you which pins are for the HV windings.
Here is the schematic so you can see the pinout of the transformer.
Pictures provided by shopjimmy.
BTW, the meter is showing in OHM, K OHM, M OHM?

Please see attached picture, as you can see that one of the transformer does not have the same P/N as the other 3.
The resistance should be around 1000 Ohms.

i just tested the 3 on the left side they are 1000ohms
the one on the rught is 680ohms
is that how they shoold be ?

3 of them is 3324340028ef (gives 1000ohms)
1 of them is 3324340029ef (gives 680ohms)

well i am getting this results as you mentioned....
1k and 680 , i guess they are fine

yet im back to square one... can't figure what's wrong

so what symptoms do you get when you first turn on the tv
