Samsung LN-T4671F : need help display corruption / RGB lines

Any information on the issues seen in the photos would be helpful, tried reseating LVDS with no change, this issues does effect the border of the OSD and i found out it is input independent as changing the no input signal screen to "BLUE" it will develop these lines. I did notice that it wont be quite as bad if i don't activate the OSD box and when I do the thicker bars seen in the black verizon screen will appear and stay after exiting the OSD and the white dots/lines in pattern on the top of the screen are a new one for me? I would like to fix the issue myself, I work on a lot of electronics but when it comes to display issues I'd rather ask than jump into anything myself.
Thanks any and all help will be appreciated.

I had it on for about 90 minutes and it did not get better. If i turn it on to the cable tuner "snowey screen" there is no corruption. If i leave it on the black screen with the red Verizon it shows the lines as seen and wont get worse. When I tune to a channel the colored lines appear and do not go away. I don't know if 90 minutes is enough time where it would improve or not.

          Samsung QE50Q67TAU - horizontal lines
          by Rubenlily
          Hello,

First of all I'm new here. While looking I found this amazing forum and I'm very happy I did. Now for my problem:

I picked up a Samsung UHD QLED QE50Q67TAU from 2021 for $50 knowing it was defective. The seller said it had black lines and that it could get stuck in boot randomly.

I've tried a new power cable, hard reset, opening up and jiggling all cables, pressing everywhere to see if I get a reaction but I've gotten nothing. I've tried the tape method but I've only managed to get the lines worse.

I'm no expert but I've done the tape...

          Samsung QN50Q60t lines on screen
          by jeyoung12
          Hi all
I have lines on the screen...which is an age old problem that can be remedied by watching Youtube videos and getting out the tape.
My issue (after successfully fixing a different sammy tv with a separate tcon board and isolating the side of the panel...):

This tv has an integrated tcon...so it is a bit more confusing when trying to isolate the clocks.
It has a c ribbon and i have taken each end out to see if that will isolate the lines. instead, it makes it much worse ALL over the tv!

So....i don't know what end of the C ribbon to work with...
