LG 60PK550 Flickering picture lower half of screen

Hi, hoping for some help please. I've searched through the threads on Plasma TV's and this particular model and have been unable to find appropriate answers. I went through tom66's guide however couldn't relate to my issue.

This is my mums TV and I've recently replaced the PCB as recommended by the tech who visited and diagnosed. Now its switched on but the bottom half of the panel appears to flicker and reflect the top half mostly when light or multiple bright colours are displayed. It's visable in both Tuner and HDMI but less so on the HDMI. If anyone can provide any suggestions or assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

A possible Buffer-board fault or Control-board problem.

Try running the test-patterns by jumpering the points on the Control-board with the LVDS disconnected...

LVDS is multi way cable from Mainboard to control-board...
